Modern Slavery Policy

Last updated: October 2025

1. Introduction

DEVS AV Rental Group BV (“DEVS”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. We fully support the elimination of all forms of modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and child labour within our operations and supply chains.

This policy sets out the steps DEVS takes to prevent and address the risks of modern slavery in any part of our business and among our suppliers, partners, and contractors.

2. Our Commitment

At DEVS, we believe that everyone deserves to work freely and in dignity. We are committed to:

  • Acting with integrity and transparency in all business dealings

  • Ensuring our supply chains are free from slavery and human trafficking

  • Continuously improving our practices to identify, assess, and address potential risks

  • Promoting ethical conduct among employees, suppliers, and partners

We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of slavery, forced labour, or exploitation.

3. Our Business and Structure

DEVS AV Rental Group BV is a company registered in the Netherlands, operating internationally in the field of audiovisual equipment rental, event production, and exhibition services.
We collaborate with suppliers, freelancers, and partners across Europe and beyond.

Our activities include:

  • Rental of LED screens, broadcast cameras, PA systems, and staging equipment

  • Event design, booth construction, and technical support

  • Collaboration with logistics and technical partners across the EU

Given the international scope of our operations, DEVS recognises that some regions or sectors may pose a higher risk of unethical labour practices.

4. Our Supply Chains

Our supply chain includes suppliers and contractors that provide:

  • Event technology and audiovisual equipment

  • Logistics, warehousing, and transportation services

  • Construction materials and printed products

  • Labour and technical services (riggers, stage builders, technicians, etc.)

We expect all our suppliers to uphold the same ethical standards that we apply to ourselves.

5. Risk Assessment and Due Diligence

DEVS takes a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating modern slavery risks. We do this by:

  • Conducting due diligence on new and existing suppliers

  • Requiring suppliers and partners to confirm compliance with applicable labour and human rights laws

  • Including ethical conduct clauses in our contracts and agreements

  • Regularly reviewing supplier performance and compliance

  • Prioritising suppliers who demonstrate strong corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies

Where risks are identified, DEVS will work collaboratively with the supplier to address them.
If necessary, we will terminate relationships with any supplier found to be involved in modern slavery practices.

6. Employee Awareness and Training

We ensure our employees and contractors are aware of the risks of modern slavery and how to report concerns.
Our commitments include:

  • Providing regular training and information on ethical conduct and human rights

  • Promoting awareness of signs of exploitation or forced labour

  • Encouraging open communication and reporting without fear of retaliation

7. Reporting Concerns

DEVS encourages anyone — employees, suppliers, or the public — to report any concerns about modern slavery or unethical practices.

Concerns can be reported confidentially via:
📧 ethics@devsavcompany.com

All reports are taken seriously, investigated promptly, and handled with confidentiality. We will take appropriate action in response to any verified violation.

8. Compliance and Governance

This policy applies to all employees, directors, contractors, and suppliers of DEVS AV Rental Group BV and its affiliates.

Responsibility for implementing this policy lies with DEVS’ senior management team.
They are accountable for ensuring that systems and controls are effective in preventing modern slavery across our operations.

9. Review and Continuous Improvement

We review this policy annually to ensure it remains effective and up to date.
Where appropriate, we enhance our processes in response to new legislation, guidance, or risks identified within our supply chain.

10. Approval

This policy has been approved by the Board of Directors of DEVS AV Rental Group BV.
It reflects our ongoing commitment to ethical business practices and human rights.
